WHEN WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY IS MIS-USED

Baltimore & Washington DC like Ottawa & specific areas across Canada are very connected to wBCI labs of different forms like private interest separate from if not negligent labs

Sydney Nicola Bennett did double as in research for a lab as an agent - commander for H.I.3 investigations. Control - Ops & Research not Psyche or Psyche Threat categories. 2 of 3 labs attacked. Ops is undercover Eyes Intelligence Secret Ops

The physical biological body is inverted into an imprint & wirelessly sucked into a device that is detachable or permanent with memory extracted into a server for hard drive copies & server copies

You go into the head inside the wBCI from the inside put of the human or animal if kot insect or mammal

You can walk up to the wBCI & touch the eyeballs & internal organs + skeleon from the inside put & skin or muscles

WE HAVE DIRECT CONFIRMATION

United States of America & US Government with US Citizens were involved with Canadians & internationals pre - post 1989 in NB-OT Neuro-Labs in Ontario & connected efforts in Camada separate from standardized laba including against the 4 Bennett's

This includes the 2012-2026 attacks

Canadians & UK - Commonwealth like European Union & Territories or Switzerland Citizens or Nationals have legal right to watch accessible online content & to think, imagine & remember then control their own bodies for themselves

This includes YouTube & blogger or Google related if not Meta: Facebook content

This devides the USA on rights & right - wrong in efforts towards citizens with families outside USA

BULLYING & CYBER BULLYING + COERCIVE wBCI BULLYING

Bullying crime years in prison like cyber bullying or wBCI electronic coercion Bullying for control

One Act. One Account. 2-10 years in prison

Running people around & riding them them like a pile of sh*t toy bitch

While the Canadian Criminal Code does not contain a specific charge explicitly named "bullying", severe bullying and cyberbullying actions are prosecuted under related criminal offences such as Criminal Harassment (Section 264), assault, or publishing intimate images without consent.

Maximum Prison Sentences by Offence Type

Criminal Harassment / Cyberbullying (Section 264): Indictment: Up to 10 years in prison.Summary Conviction: Up to 2 years less a day in jail (or a maximum of 6 months to 2 years depending on the specific summary election rules).

Simple Assault: Up to 5 years in prison (if prosecuted by indictment).

Extortion (often tied to bullying/coercion): Up to life imprisonment.

Defamatory Libel: Up to 5 years in prison.

Non-Consensual Distribution of Intimate Images: Varies by election (can carry federal custodial terms upon conviction).

Potential Sentencing Outcomes

No Mandatory Minimums: Most harassment and common assault charges connected to bullying do not carry a mandatory minimum prison sentence.

Alternative Dispositions: For first-time offenders, youth, or less severe incidents, courts may impose non-custodial measures such as discharges, peace bonds, fines, suspended sentences, or probation rather than jail time.

Aggravating Factors: Custodial sentences become significantly more likely if the conduct involves persistent threats, physical violence, breaches of existing court orders or peace bonds, or severe psychological damage to the victim.

Youth vs. Adult: Minors involved in bullying are generally dealt with under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA), which emphasizes rehabilitation, community supervision, and custody as a last resort, alongside mandatory publication bans protecting the identity of young accused.

CYBERBULLYING

In Canada, cyberbullying is not prosecuted under a single "cyberbullying" crime, but rather through existing Criminal Code offenses, carrying prison sentences that range depending on the specific charge:

Criminal Harassment: Punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Defamatory Libel: Punishable by up to 5 years in prison.

Non-Consensual Distribution of Intimate Images (including AI-generated sexual deepfakes): Punishable by up to 10 years in prison under updated laws.

Uttering Threats or Extortion: Punishable by varying prison terms depending on whether they are prosecuted as summary or indictable offenses.

Proxy Gang Stalking in a Draconian modern effect

IN THE SHITTER CRIMINAL CHARGE

Attacking someone using a washroom including shower, toilet or mirror looks like a similar affect if a wBCI is utilized

One Act. One Account. 5 - 14 years on prison

Prison time for attacking someone who is using a toilet depends on the specific legal charge and the severity of the injuries or actions involved.
Possible Charges and Maximum Sentences in Canada

◦ Simple Assault (Section 266 of the Criminal Code):Applies to minor physical contact, pushing, or struggling.Maximum sentence: 5 years in prison if prosecuted as an indictable offence, or 2 years less a day (or a fine) if prosecuted on summary conviction.

Assault Causing Bodily Harm (Section 267 of the Criminal Code):Applies if the attack results in physical injury, medical treatment, or chemical/waste exposure.Maximum sentence: 10 years in prison (there is no mandatory minimum sentence).

Aggravated Assault (Section 268 of the Criminal Code):Applies if the attack wounds, maims, disfigures, or endangers the person’s life.Maximum sentence: 14 years in prison.

Hate-Motivated Factors:If the attack is proven to be motivated by bias, prejudice, or hate based on race, national or ethnic origin, language, religion, sex, age, mental or physical disability, or sexual orientation, courts treat it as an aggravating factor during sentencing, which can increase the length of the prison term.

Real-World Example

In a notable case in Calgary, two men were charged with assault causing bodily harm after tipping over a portable toilet while a woman was inside, trapping her and causing her to require medical treatment for chemical and waste exposure. Because the incident involved remarks targeting the victim's gender and ethnicity, police investigated and prosecuted it as a hate-motivated assault.
